Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership and clients on M&A transactions.
- Execute M&A processes, including due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation.
- Develop and maintain client relationships within the building products sector.
- Conduct industry research and analysis to support transaction execution.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and pitch materials.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of Investment Banking experience, preferably in the building products or a similar industry sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Strong understanding of the M&A process and experience in executing M&A transactions.
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Currently located in or open to relocating to Denver, CO.
