Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership and clients on M&A transactions.
• Execute M&A processes, including due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation.
• Develop and maintain client relationships within the building products sector.
• Conduct industry research and analysis to support transaction execution.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and pitch materials.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of Investment Banking experience, preferably in the building products or a similar industry sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Strong understanding of the M&A process and experience in executing M&A transactions.
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Currently located in or open to relocating to Denver, CO.
