Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage underwriting staff.
- Oversee new business pricing and guidelines.
- Report to senior management on production and profitability.
- Assist with special projects and product development.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of E&S experience
- Strong communication and analytical skills
