Our client is a leading $10B private equity firm with a strong track record of success across multiple investment strategies. As the firm continues to expand its operations, we are seeking a talented and driven Associate/Senior Associate to join their dynamic Capital Formation team.
Role Overview:
As a Fundraising Associate/Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting fundraising activities, managing key projects, and driving strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in fundraising efforts, including preparation of materials, roadshow support, and investor communications.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution of fundraising initiatives.
- Support senior team members with investor outreach, relationship management, and meeting coordination.
- Manage relationship with the firm's placement agent on fundraising activities.
- Track and report on fundraising progress, investor commitments, and fundraising targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3-6 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or placement agent roles.
- Strong understanding of private equity fundraising processes and investor relations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other relevant advanced degree a plus.
