We have a current opportunity for a Sr Director Med Econ on a permanent basis. This opportunity that will lead the development of data-driven strategies to optimize healthcare cost management, improve patient outcomes, and advance health equity. This role involves driving advanced analytics initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams (actuarial, clinical, operations, finance, IT), and utilizing machine learning to inform policy and improve operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the creation of models to assess healthcare utilization and costs.
- Integrating advanced analytics and AI techniques into medical economics.
- Analyzing large datasets, such as Medicare claims and EMR, to identify trends, cost drivers, and opportunities for intervention.
