Description:
- Analysing and assisting current processes and workflow:
- Documenting business and liaise with internal stakeholders by making recommendations
- Implementing changes to processes
- Monitoring staff compliance and measuring performance metrics
- Drafting policies, procedures, training manuals and guidance notes
- Generating reports and analysis of data for senior management
- Track and monitor filing deadlines, deficiencies, debt collection, billing and profitability
- Design and implement any operational project matters as required
- Test and implement changes to systems following enhancements or upgrades
