- Analysing and assisting with the improvement and re-engineering of current processes and workflows
- Documenting through liaising with internal stakeholders
- Implement changes to processes by providing training and support
- Monitoring staff compliance and measuring performance metrics Drafting policies, procedures, training manuals and guidance notes
- Generating reports and analysis of data for senior management
- Tracking and monitoring deadlines, deficiencies, debt collection, billing and profitability
- design and implement any operational project matters as required
