Responsibilities:
- Drive and deliver comprehensive analysis, documenting and articulating problem statements, defining scope, gathering business requirements, and identifying dependencies.
- Contribute to global and local projects focused on new business initiatives, operational process enhancements, and system migrations.
- Prepare management reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management to aid decision-making.
- Establish and maintain an effective reporting framework for Key Risk and Performance Indicators, ensuring regular review and discussion with business and management.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders in the APAC region and globally to successfully deliver services and projects.
- Conduct detailed investigations into issues/incidents, challenge support partners, and develop robust tracking plans.
Requirements:
- Hold a university degree in a relevant field.
- Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Global Markets
- Demonstrate a proficient understanding of Fixed Income products, including Rates, FX, Credit
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both written and oral English and Mandarin.
- Be willing to travel regularly within Greater China for business purposes.
