Compliance Manager
Frankfurt
We currently working alongside a national famous technology holding company with strong perception in growth. I am seeking a Compliance Manager who is looking to lead and assist the company in investing in fast-growing companies, by offering investors to work alongside a growth focused company in Frankfurt.
As a Compliance Manager, you will be:
*Leading all Compliance regulations whilst working alongside the MD
*Implementing regulatory and supervisory requirements
*Monitoring activities and documentation in the context of compliance, money laundering and fraud prevention within the Group
*Accompanying acquisitions / transactions
*Implementation of internal control systems and a risk management framework
*Carrying out risk analyses at subsidiary levels too
*Further developing policies and procedures
*Implementing training measures in the area of compliance
*Fraud prevention and data protection
As a Compliance Manager, you should have:
*A bachelors degree in law or equivalent
*7+ years' experience within an Investment or Stock Listed Company
*In-depth knowledge of German and European regulatory requirements
*Affinity with numbers as well as analytical strength, project management skills, organizational talent
*IT affinity, confident handling of MS Office
*Fluency in German and English
