A leading Connecticut-based hedge fund manager seeks a senior institutional sales professional to join a lean but growing client team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key liaison between the firm and prospective LP's
- Pursue new relationships while maintaining existing relationships
- Communicate the firm's investment strategies, market outlook, and fund performance and risk data
- Identify new areas of client interest
- Review RFP's
Requirements:
- 10+ years of previous experience in institutional business development
- Prior experience selling hedge fund strategies
- Strong, global network of institutional allocators including sovereign wealth funds, pensions, endowments, foundations, and family offices
