Our client is searching for an individual to head up the Asset Management team for a primarily mixed-use portfolio. This firm primarily targets metro-serving developments, and prides itself on a very dynamic and high-quality portfolio. The mixed-use assets currently encompass over 9 million square feet of development, and the portfolio in its entirety is over 20 million square feet including the development pipeline.

The Director of Asset Management has the following Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of experience in asset management
- Strong experience managing mixed-use, multifamily, and/or retail assets
- Excellent understanding of financial modeling and experience building out strategy plans
- Well-established interpersonal skills, and the ability to present to a team
- Ability to provide oversight and management to assets by conducting site visits
- Operationally minded asset management
- Passion for learning, and an attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in real estate, finance, or business administration
