Our client is a global boutique bank focused on tech M&A that is looking to build out their San Francisco office. They work on a variety of key technology transactions and have partnered with world class technology companies such as Spotify and Snapchat.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Investment Banking experience, preferably with M&A experience
- Experience building financial models, valuations, pitchbooks, CIMs etc.
- Strong accounting skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Having your Series licenses preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
