Head of Capital Introduction

Role:

• Build, lead and implement the Capital Introduction program
• Interact with current and prospective clients to understand their growth strategies and funding needs.
• Create a practical framework to align clients with suitable trading and financing services.
• Collaborate with teams in frontier research, sales trading, cross-asset solutions, strategic client solutions, and Belt and Road Initiatives to utilise resources effectively.
• Partner with Compliance and Legal teams to establish appropriate controls and policies for the new business.
• Assemble a team to expand the program across various jurisdictions and client sectors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Solid experience in Capital Introduction at major financial institutions preferred.
• Proven track record and experience with institutional mandates such as allocators.
• Experience in managing relationships with hedge funds and institutional investors.
• In-depth knowledge of fund strategies and the prime brokerage business dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesise and communicate complex financial products both verbally and in writing.
• Self-motivated, highly driven, and capable of working independently.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
