- Must have strong knowledge of Luxembourg market and hold relationships with HNW/UHNW clients.
- Strong leadership qualities and passionate about leading teams.
- Can have responsibility over his/her own clients as player manager or could be strategic desk head focused on new client acquisition.
- A network or team of bankers covering this market could be advantageous.
- Entrepreneurial and high-growth mindset.
- Speaking Luxembourgish is a distinct advantage.
