Responsibilities:
- Work closely with current business segments to achieve the company's goals;
- Work actively on business expansion and new project development, execute operational strategic business plans;
- Implement effective work plans for the delivery of various events/programmes within time and budget constraints;
- Works collaboratively to develop and/or improve systems, processes, controls and procedures;
- Assist the CEO in overseeing the Company's achievement and maintenance of a satisfactory competitive position within the industry;
- Perform other functions as may be requested by the CEO
Requirements:
- University graduate in Business Administration / Economics / Finance or related disciplines
- At least 10 years' experience in operation preferably in asset management/finance industry
- Proven track record in operation management at senior strategic level
- Strong strategic thinking, interpersonal skills and people management skills
- Commit to building a high performing team, drive result and always look for improvements
- Financial planning knowledge will be an advantage
