As part of our client's Asia growth strategy, we are looking for Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional client advisory services to our clients in Southeast and North Asia regions.
Responsibilities
* Meet revenue targets and other quantitative targets like yield, AUMs, account growth and fee income ratio
* Implement geographical focused strategy in line with business strategy
* Acquire and retain clients
* Understand client requirement and daily maintenance of account relationships
* Provide investment advise to clients and fully responsible for clients under management
* Ensure compliance with bank's and regulatory requirements
* Source for and acquire new clients within your core market and refer potential clients to other marketing teams or other segments within the bank
* Maintain regular contact with clients including sales, visits, offer services and products, and understand the client's background and source of wealth
* Grow investable AUM for individual targets
* Provide investment advisory
* Prepare KYC and call reports
* Ensure audit trail and maintain records for all client communication & comply with documentation requirements Requirements
* Bachelor Degree with at least 8-12 years of work experience
* Proven sales track record of direct selling experience in private banking business
* Sound product knowledge relating to private banking
* Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to listen and understand client's requirements
* Team player and ability to work together with product, support team and other banking divisions to acquire clients
