Title: Investment Banking Analyst - Restructuring
Location: Florida
A rapidly growing financial services firm is looking to add an Investment Banking Analyst to their high performing Restructuring team. This position will offer extensive exposure to the a variety of sectors and give you the ability to hone your Investment Banking skill set in the booming space. The role will involve the following:
- Preparing and delivering presentation materials
- Performing extensive valuation, due-diligence, and pricing analyses
- Attending client meetings
- Playing a key role in all aspects of the transaction process
- Opportunity to work on a ton of diverse transactions across a variety of industry sectors
- Ability to be on a lean team and be a part of exciting growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in financial modeling across DCFs, LBOs, valuations, etc
- Sell side and buy side deal experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Word, & Powerpoint
- Team player and a self-starter
- Strong communication skills and able to work with tight deadlines
Desirable Skills:
- 1-3 years of Investment Banking and M&A experience
- Live deal experience
- Upward progression and hands-on learning from senior management
- Bachelors degree in Finance preferred
- Driven, motivated, and analytical
