The Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for:
- Preparing and delivering presentations throughout the deal execution period for the FIG sector specifically.
- Assisting in the due diligence process for M&A transactions, both buy and sell side.
- Conducting extensive industry and market specific research.
- Building and maintaining client relations with established and prospective clients.
- Partnering with senior leadership to evaluate clients acquisition targets.
The Investment Banking Associate should have:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2.5 + years of experience in Investment Banking.
- FIG experience required, specific experience in Depositories preferred.
