Responsibilities
- Supporting senior bankers in executing M&A transactions
- Conducting industry and company research
- Creating financial models, including valuation and scenario analysis
- Preparing presentations and pitch books for clients
- Communicating with clients and other stakeholders
Skills
- 3-6 years of experience in mid-market M&A
- Fluent in Dutch
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
