A leading private equity firm with $20B in AUM is seeking an IR Associate/Senior Associate to join their growing IR team. Please note this is primarily an internal facing role.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare marketing materials and work on due diligence materials
- Handle any investor inquiries and diligence requests
- Will complete data requests including portfolio analysis, cash flow analysis, and fund performance summaries
- Help with the preparation of the firm's annual meetings
- Maintenance of the CRM system
Qualifications:
- Strong academic and professional pedigree
- Private equity experience within an Investor Relations or Investment Banking capacity
- Technical background
- Required to manipulate large sets of data in excel
