Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain all networked equipment and associated operating systems, with a focus on VPN and Firewall management.
- Administer Office 365 services, including user account management, permissions, and troubleshooting.
- Manage Anti-Spam configuration and maintenance.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot the Windows Active Directory.
- Ensure high availability and optimal performance of all IT systems.
- Implement security measures and conduct regular systems audits.
- Provide real-time problem-solving for critical issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Highly proficient in VPN networking, Firewall, Office 365, and Anti-Spam configuration.
- Desirable experience in Active Directory management.
- Experience in AWS Cloud and Alibaba Cloud governance is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams and business lines.
