Responsibilities
- Update the Policies according to the regulatory changes
- Handle regulatory reporting and inquiries from SFC and other regulators
- Manage external and internal audits, inspections, and investigations
- Conduct ad hoc projects when required
- Provide compliance training to front line staffs
Job Requirement
- 4+ years of relevant working experience in compliance field or big four audit background
- Understanding of SFC regulations guidelines and updates
- Fluent in English, Putonghua, and Mandarin,
- Bachelor's degree and above
