A leading European Bank seeks an experienced Senior Associate/Junior Vice President to its Acquisition/Leveraged Finance team in Amsterdam. The bank benefits from a strong European presence and having experienced seniors across multiple sectors, previous deal-flow has been excellent.
Responsibilities:
- Key figure in the due diligence and execution of transactions
- Preparation and delivery of presentation to management and clients
- Processing amendments, consents, and waivers for transactions - inclusive of gaining all required internal credit approvals
- Performing due diligence through the entirety of the execution process
- Maintaining client relations during the deal execution period
Requirements:
- Experience within a leading Investment Bank
- Good level of experience with Leveraged Loans and High Yield Debt
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Office, Word and PowerPoint
- Self-starter, team player and good communication skills
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Ability to work within small groups
