As their M&A Lawyer
- You will be advising clients on all questions of corporate law, the structuring and execution of corporate transactions as well as internal corporate restructuring
Support projects in selected industries holistically, also in international contexts with interdisciplinary teams
Identify, develop and market forward-looking and business-critical topics for our clients across all industries
You bring along
- Law Degree and 2nd state examination
- Professional experience in a similar position
- Excellent organizational and communication skills along with a proactive attitude
- Business fluency in German and English
