A Leading independent Third-Party Fund ManCo in Luxembourg is hiring an MLRO / RC of Funds to join their growing compliance team. Our client has been providing support to their Blue-Chip clients and leaders in their domestic market. Our client has a great number of โฌ130 billion of Assets under Management, with 8 internal office locations and more than 200 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact to the CSSF
- Report to the CSSF
- Consider approval/rejection of high-risk investor requests
- Ensure the funds is compiled in accordance with the CSSF
- On-site visits
- Issue AML/CTF reports
- Validate the funds AML/CTF Policy
Required Background & Skills:
- Professional degree in Law, Finance or Economics
- At least 5 years of experience in AML, CTF, and Compliance
- Outstanding Knowledge in AIFM or UCITS
- Fluency in English (written & spoken), other languages will be a plus
