Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their space requirements, business goals, and long-term objectives.
- Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and lease structures.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential properties that meet client needs.

Property Search and Evaluation:
- Identify and tour potential properties with clients, providing detailed assessments and comparisons.
