- Experience of at least three years in Oil trading
- ideally familiar with substantial Oil assets or financial commodity trading with an established trading company.
- Strong quantitative Analytical Skills.
- Analytically skilled; a background in cross-commodity Energy
- Highly motivated self-starter, entrepreneurial with a drive to make money
- Strategic thinking, decisiveness and risk awareness.
- Well-organised and a strong attention to detail.
- Result oriented approach coupled with ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Work well autonomously as well as collaboratively with the team.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High level of flexibility and open mindedness; proven ability to build and develop the relationships with the business client and external customers
