Job Responsibilities:
- Support daily investment operations including reconciliation, valuation check, corporate action handling, pricing and security data maintenance
- Handle the fund operations for SFC authorised funds and oversight of fund administrators
- Assist in internal KPI reporting and management reporting capabilities
- Work closely with service providers for the administration activities, including finance, audit, budgeting and HR, payroll support.
- Ensure the strategic objectives and the needs of business growth
- Maintain outsourcing and vendor relations and contracts
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance, Business or other related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years working experience in asset management operation is preferred
- Operation experience about SFC fund administration is preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills
- A good team player, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as the Head of Operations title
