Qualifications:
* Strong quantitative and analytics background, including advanced-level skillset in simulation, optimization, statistics, options pricing theory and data analysis
* Significant expertise in quantitative modeling using Python, Matlab, or R. As well as Power Simulation Softwares such as PowerWorld, Dayzer, etc
* Attention to detail, diligent, strong organizational skills, curious, confident, and creative
* Ability to overcome ambiguity and achieve goals without knowing the steps involved to get there; ability to plan/manage multiple priorities while committed to deadlines in a demanding environment and work overtime when required
* Ability to work with incomplete data or seemingly open-ended questions and translate into actionable assignments * Works well in an open office environment
* Very proficient in effectively communicating to a wide range of audiences in both oral and written form
* Three or more years of experience in a quantitative analytics environment required
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Math, Science, Computer Science required, or equivalent quantitative analytical experience
* Masters or advanced degree in a technical/quantitative discipline is desirable
