- Work closely with stakeholders including RM, IC, and clients to launch product campaigns with persistent internal communications.
- Lead business effort for the HNW client segment by continually sharpening investment product proposition proactively collect feedback from the various stakeholders and share it with the product and sales partners with the goal of thoughtfully improving the product offerings
- Work with different parties to maintain and improve the product offerings
- Advise the HNW Management Team on long-term strategy formulation and growth opportunities
- Define and enhance capabilities and competencies across product, platform, and processes to support the strategic business initiative. This requires coordinating across Marketing, Product, Operations, Technology and Control partners
- Aggregate the entire portfolio of platform and product initiatives into a coherent and a strategic plan for HNW client segment
- Prepare periodic strategic & business reviews for senior management
- Assess industry and market trends, competitive dynamics, client and behavioral needs to capture and drive an innovative and agile approaches to growth and risk management.
