Our client is a global company that sources and supplies all types of fertilizers and is looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Increase sales and profitability by promoting and expanding existing and new customer base and product portfolio
- Align business direction with regional initiatives and strategies to work with the in-country key stakeholders
- Capture and provide timely competitive intelligence information by developing and maintaining an active competitor database
- Manage sales forecasting, inventory and receivables
- Work closely with Regional Sales Director
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience
- Strong customer network in the Fertilizers industry
- Good communication skills
- Able to lead and interact with people from different functions and levels
