Job Title: RFP Specialist
Salary: $125,000 - $135,000
Summary: My client is a global investment manager with over $50 billion in AUM. They specialize in liquid real assets and alternative income. They are looking to hire an Associate Director of the RFP process who will be responsible for writing RFPs, RFIs, and DQQs across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete the RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for the firm
- Reporting to the VP, Head of Product Information
- Assisting with support of workflow management, and overseeing deliverables
- Manage/mentor junior colleagues
- Responsible for managing consultant/third party databases
- Ad hoc requests
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8-10 years of experience in relevant position, completing RFPs/RFIs
- Srong written and communication skills
- Can manage many projects and deadlines at once
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of asset management industry (beneficial)
- Series 6, 7, and 63 (not required but a plus)
- Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct, Factset
