Job Title: Senior C&I Credit Risk Analyst
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Our client, a growing financial institution, is currently seeking a Senior C&I Credit Risk Analyst to join their Risk Team in the Chicago area. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and managing credit risk for the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting credit analysis and risk assessments for the CRE and C&I portfolios
- Developing and implementing credit risk strategies and policies
- Providing recommendations to senior management on credit risk issues
- Monitoring credit risk exposure and identifying potential risks
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in Commercial and Industrial (C&I) and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) credit risk analysis
- Knowledge of credit risk management principles and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Skills:
- 3-4 Years experience working in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to credit risk management
- Knowledge of ABL is a plus
