The Role: Senior FEC Consultant
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Join our client's team to drive growth by developing models in Transaction Monitoring, Customer Due Diligence, Sanctions screening, and Fraud detection. You'll manage multiple projects, from conceptualizing solutions to implementing them in cloud environments. Your role will also involve project origination, staff mentoring, recruitment, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop and implement models for TM, CDD, Sanctions screening, and Fraud detection.
- Engage in project origination and contribute to strategic client solutions.
- Mentor staff and participate in recruitment and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with clients to solve complex problems using cutting-edge technology.
Key Requirements:
- PhD or Master's degree in mathematics, physics, econometrics, computer science, or engineering.
- Over 4 years of experience in quantitative project management, preferably in consulting.
- High creativity and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Python, Pyspark, and Spark.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, storylining, and presentation abilities.
- Experience in the financial sector is advantageous.
