We are currently working with one of Germany's fastest growing consulting businesses - the European Head of Insurance Consulting is currently looking for a new Senior Manager to join his team. The company is currently winning large transformation projects focused on digitalization, regulatory changes and process optimization. As a Senior Manager, you would represent the business, win clients and new projects but also lead teams and act as a central point of contact for the main stakeholders. The line manager is looking someone with broad expertise and a deep understanding of the current challenges in the insurance sector. Previous managing responsibility and a passion for growing and developing teams is a key criteria for the role. The company's headquarter is located in NRW.
Further requirements are:
-A minimum of 10 years' experience in a consulting or project management role
-Previous managing or project lead experience
-Fluent German and very good English speaking skills
-A background in finance, risk, IT, governance or a related area
-Strong project and stakeholder management skills
-Willingness to travel
-Exceptional communication skills
