Senior Prudential Compliance Officer

A multinational diverse trading firm are seeking are seeking a Senior Prudential Officer to oversee a variety of regulatory compliance programs across Europe. Our client trade across a broad range of asset classes, instruments and strategies, in a number of financial markets across the globe. As a Senior Prudential Compliance Officer, you will be:
* Leading a variety of prudential compliance programs across Europe
* Implement IFR/IFD rules and advise Finance teams responsible for capital reporting on rules interpretation in the UK and the Netherlands
* Managing the capital adequacy assessment processes (ICAAPs)
* Implementing ongoing compliance regulations with IFR/IFD guidelines
* Overseeing the ongoing maintenance of Risk Registers and Responsibilities Maps
* Responsible for oversight of some Conduct risk elements of the Compliance Monitoring Programme
* Reporting directly into the board of directors
* First point of contact DNB on Prudential and Compliance matters
As a Senior Prudential Officer, you should have:
* Experience within ICAAPs from an EU perspective
* 5+ years' experience within Compliance, preferably in financial services
* Strong knowledge of investment firm regulations
* Ability to liaise with stakeholders
* Hands on mentality
* Ability to work within a team and independently
* Fluency in English
