Structured Rates Trader- Investment Bank - Associate
An established Investment Bank is looking to expand their market coverage and is seeking to hire a Structured Rates Trader. The role is a hybrid position which will consist of both Trading and Sales responsibility.
Key responsibilities of the Structured Rates Trader role include:
- Joining a desk to trade Structured Rates products, including callables, quantos
- Executing trades and managing risk
- Hybrid position with direct institutional client interaction with investors based in the UK
- Providing expertise and opinions regarding the market and some investment strategies
Required Experience
- Must have experience in either Structured Rates Trading, Structuring or Solutions Sales
- Experience of execution and pricing of fixed income products
- Previous client interaction with institutional clients would be preferred but not essential
- Must be willing to be based in London
- Must have excellent communication skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
