Key responsibilities for System Automation Engineer:
- Implement a diverse and rapid user-centred environment
- Execute daily assignments to assure that the environment aligns with the technical demands and compliance requirements
- Facilitate in customer requests, providing excellent assistance with regards to incidents and issues
- Excel in a fast-paced working space whilst balancing challenging tasks and sociability
Key qualifications for System Automation Engineer:
- Distinct proficiency with tools such as: Microsoft SCCM, SCOM, VMWare Horizon, AD, GPOs and ADFS
- Deliverable understanding with covering tools such as: Proxy, Antivirus and DLP, and processes like encryption policies, patching and updates
- Automated Client OS background for physical and virtual environments
- PowerShell scripting ability
- Must have the willingness to learn from colleagues and advise junior team members
