Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of actuaries.
- Develop strategy and oversee actuarial project execution.
- Project and document Lifetime Value (LTV) for audits and revenue purposes.
- Present Medicare-focused insights and LTV analysis to leadership.
- Collaborate across departments to meet actuarial and business objectives.
- Analyze market shifts, particularly in Medicare, to inform business strategy.
- Support special studies on business growth, mergers, and marketing strategies.
- Create and refine actuarial models to demonstrate business value.
Qualifications
- ASA required; FSA preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Math, Statistics, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience, including Medicare-focused analytics.
- Proven ability to lead teams and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
