Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation of financial institutions.
- Develop detailed financial models and forecasts.
- Prepare compelling pitch materials and presentations.
- Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes.
- Engage with clients, building strong relationships and offering strategic advisory services.
- Contribute to deal execution and transaction management.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in Consumer M&A (Fashion & Retail; Food & Beverage; Personal Care; E-commerce)
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of UK market is a must.
- Knowledge of German is a strong advantage.
