Title: Associate, Healthcare M&A (Elite Boutique)
Location: New York, NY
Our client, a global boutique investment bank is looking for several Associates to join their Healthcare group in New York City.
Responsibilities:
- Perform extensive valuation, due diligence, and M&A analyses
- Play a key role in all aspects of the M&A execution process
- Prepare and deliver presentation and marketing materials
- Work alongside best-in-class Managing Directors
Requirements:
- Prior Analyst and/or Associate level experience with another Investment Bank or M&A Advisory firm
- M&A execution experience is required
- An understanding of Healthcare Services, Pharma Services (Outsourced Pharma), Medical Devices, and/or Medical Technology is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
