The Assistant Vice President of Business Intelligence will oversee and provide strategic direction for various critical BI systems and services, including Tableau Cloud, Alteryx, and SAP Business Object. In this role, the Assistant Vice President will offer leadership in both personnel and technology realms, aiming to enhance and optimize data visualization and analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in a wide range of Tableau products and functionalities, such as Tableau Data Sources, Extracts, Data Visualizations, Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Tableau Cloud, Tableau Mobile, Tableau Reader, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Bridge. Additionally, proficiency in SQL Query, SAP Business Objects administration, Alteryx Designer, Alteryx Intelligence suite, and Alteryx Server is essential.
The AVP will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, operations engineers, delivery managers, and IT teams throughout the organization to support the data visualization and analytics strategy. They will also be responsible for ensuring optimal system performance and architecture. Moreover, the Assistant Vice President will work with DevOps engineers to establish a CI/CD pipeline for Infrastructure as Code, facilitating automated deployment of BI systems and services.
