Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure project success.
- Drive the development and maintenance of high-performance trading applications in the Fixed Income space.
- Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on development tasks, dedicating 80% of your time to coding and problem-solving.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in Fixed Income trading to inform development strategies and best practices.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Front Office roles within the financial industry, with a strong focus on C# development.
- Demonstrated expertise in Fixed Income products and trading, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trading strategies.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project objectives.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality code and solutions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
