Corporate Development Senior Associate will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions, such as financial modeling, valuation, comparable and relative value analysis.
- Working in the financial due diligence space as well as quality of earnings.
- Developing financial projections and building financial models.
- Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
- Performing industry, market research, and due diligence.
- Preparing client proposals, transaction marketing materials.
Corporate Development Senior Associate should have the following qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or Private Equity.
- Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
- Sitting in Washington, D.C or willing to relocate to Washington, D.C.
