Our client, a growing financial advisory and investment boutique based in the heart of London is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance professional to join their team. The successful candidate will have at least 5-10 years of experience with proven origination skills.
Qualifications/skills:
- Proven experience in corporate finance, financial advisory, or investment banking.
- Strong understanding of capital raising, regulatory capital issues, and deal structuring.
- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead deal sourcing activities by identifying opportunities within the market using established channels such as; personal networks, industry events & conferences etc.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple sectors ensuring maximum efficiency when it comes down to due diligence phases.
- Collaborate closely with members from different departments while providing support throughout all stages involved during transactions.
