Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) to join our dynamic team in Boston. As the Director of M&A, you will play a critical role in driving our growth strategy by identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic acquisitions and partnerships within the renewable energy space. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end M&A process, including deal sourcing, due diligence, financial analysis, negotiation, and execution.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets that align with our strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of acquired entities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, investment banks, and advisors to enhance deal flow and market intelligence.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on comprehensive financial models and analysis.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully leading M&A transactions within the renewable energy or private equity industry.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to perform complex financial analysis, including valuation models, cash flow projections, and ROI calculations.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and evaluate potential risks, synergies, and growth opportunities.
