Head of Client Services - Private Banking
Introduction:
Our client is a leading financial institution in the private banking sector, and they are seeking an experienced individual to join their team as Head of Client Services. This permanent position will be based in Hong Kong and offers a competitive salary package.
Qualifications:
- At least 12 years of banking experience, preferably within the private banking
- At least 4 years of team management experience
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Strong collaborative skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Skills:
Client Servicing - Ensure timely responses on clients' requests with regards to account opening/ maintenance / transactional queries.
Leadership Skills- Manage all aspects related people development such as training programs for junior staffs' growth opportunities or succession planning initiatives.
