Role Overview:
As the Head of Institutional Sales, you will lead the charge in launching and spearheading fundraising endeavours specific to EMEA infrastructure projects. Your role involves crafting and executing strategic plans to engage institutional investors, nurturing relationships, and leading fundraising campaigns to support infrastructure investment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to attract institutional investors interested in EMEA infrastructure investments.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
- Cultivate strong relationships with institutional investors, understanding their needs and aligning them with our infrastructure investment offerings.
- Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and maintaining post-sale relationships.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between investor requirements and infrastructure investment strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in institutional sales within the investment management or finance sector, with a focus on infrastructure investments, preferably within the EMEA region.
- Strong network and relationships with institutional investors interested in infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated success in leading and executing fundraising campaigns for infrastructure investments.
