Our client, a ยฃ4bn private equity manager have started their search for a Head of Investor Relations and Fundraising to join their team in Zug, Switzerland! With over 2 decades worth of experience within the private equity space, they have built an excellent reputation and have a solid fundraising track record to back that up.
To ensure the smooth running of their continued success and ability to provide an excellent service to their LP's, they are looking to add a Head of Investor Relations and Business Development to their team. This person will be responsible for managing the investor relations function as well as leading the firms fundraising efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to take that step up in their career, as well as those wishing to further develop their experience as a leading team member. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a fundraising strategy for the firms target market
- Identify new fundraising opportunities and develop new business leads as well as maintaining relationship with existing and prospective investors
- Working and liaising with other senior members of the distribution team to ensure smooth running of the fundraising activities from a project management perspective
- Work closely with the CEO and other senior members of the team to achieve fundraising targets and develop strategy
- Provide regular reports on fundraising activity and performance
- Maintaining and creating investor relationships, monthly reporting, producing high quality marketing materials, RFP/DDQ's and CRM management to name a few
Skills
- 10-15 years of experience within investor relations and fundraising
- Highly entrepreneurial and enthusiastic
- Experience in managing the fundraising process within the private equity space
- Strong network across all investor types
- Excellent project management and organisation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business development and project management skills
