Our client, award-winning alternative asset management firm that specialises in SME Lending across Africa, is looking to add an Investment Associate to their growing team. As an Investment Associate with this established firm, your primary focus will be on direct lending and credit investments within the SME sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough research into potential investments
- Analyzing financial data to identify risk levels
- Building relationships with clients as well as other teams across multiple departments
- Preparing reports detailing findings from analyses
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Strong communication skills both verbally and written
2. Ability to understand complex financial concepts
3. Excellent attention-to-detail
4.Highly motivated self-starter
5. 2-5 years in Direct Lending, Corporate Finance, or M&A.
