Job Description:
The Investment Banking Analyst will play an integral role in the execution of various financial transactions, including M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments.
Responsibilities:
Conducting industry research and analysis to support business development and transaction execution.
Building and maintaining financial models for valuation purposes.
Preparing client presentations and other materials.
Participating in client meetings and due diligence sessions.
Coordinating with various internal and external parties to facilitate transaction execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or related fields.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Willingness to travel as needed.
